Our house is right on the bay with dock access and is only a short walk to the beach...the best of both worlds.  Avalon and Stone Harbor have many family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the southern exposure.  Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big (responsible;) groups.
Enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming and floating in the bay and the great water views.  We hope you will consider spending some time at our summer house which is available year round. Starting September 2025 we are now providing sheets and bath towels. Many shore rentals do not include these or you can rent them from service providers. We hope this makes your stay less hectic and more comfortable.

About the Owner

This house is the south house part of a 2 unit condo on the bay. We owned the north unit since 2000 and decided to purchase this south unit when it came on the market to have additional space for family and friends. The two adjoining (front/back) houses together can provide 8 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 outside showers, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas and 2 living areas for large family group. Although we love spending time in Avalon we also rent these house so others can enjoy them and for some extra money.
